Recent Clients

Parramatta Council

Parramatta Council recently and for over a decade has been Sunny Bin’s biggest client. From Parramatta Lanes, Parramasala, Sydney Festival Opening night to Centenary Square Activations and NYE in the park, Parramatta has become Sunny Bin’s second home.

City of Sydney Council

Over the years COS Council has worked with Sunny Bins to provide sound for the Northcote and Waterloo Green Pet Days. This is an event COS Council puts on in Inner City communities providing free food and pet care. Sunny Bins transmits music and speeches to several Sunny Bins at the event.

Sunny Bins has also worked with COS Council on Chinese New Year, various events at the Rocks, the office of Clover Moore and Mardi Gras.

Liverpool Council

In July 2025 Liverpool Council hired a Sunny Bin for their collaboration with Greater Sydney Landcare to celebrate National Tree Day with a big community planting event along the Cabramatta Creek in Carnes Hill.

Sydney Park Kiosk

The Famous Sydney Park Kiosk Bin

The Sydney Park Kiosk bought their Sunny Bin way back in 2011–2012, and it’s been pumping tunes ever since — over 13 years of faithful outdoor service.

It’s also a very convenient maintenance gig: the Kiosk sits just across the road from the Sunny Bins studio in St Peters, so on morning dog walking missions it gets serviced and upgraded in exchange for the occasional free coffee.

The bin has truly stood the test of time — sun, rain, and even the enthusiastic attention of local dogs. Despite several “No Wee!” stickers placed thoughtfully at dog-eye level, the resident canines have persisted. Ironically, their efforts seem to have varnished the subwoofer, providing a mysterious layer of “organic weatherproofing.”

In November 2025, the trusty Kiosk Bin received a new lithium battery upgrade, making it lighter, longer-lasting, and better than ever.

The Kiosk crew — who have impeccable taste — now stream music via Bluetooth straight from the kitchen to the Bin, soundtracking Sydney Park’s steady stream of joggers, cyclists, and caffeine-fueled dog owners.

Of course, there’s always someone who mistakes it for an actual bin. We’ve lost a few amps to rogue lattes over the years, but she soldiers on.

Ask anyone from the Inner West about Sunny Bins and you’ll hear it:

“Oh yeah — like the one at Sydney Park Kiosk!”
